Let’s start with my first mistake. As I wrote before- my first cycle consisted only of methandienone. I knew that some AS have the ability to increase estradiol, and an excessive level of estradiol can reduce the results of the cycle, as well as the effect the emotional background which is completely unnecessary for us.

In regards to estrogen side effects from dbol – this was rarely mentioned, so I did not buy aromatase inhibitors and as it turned out in vain. Just 30 mg of dbol per day was able to cause me the first signs of gynecomastia. I did not take blood tests but bought Tamoxifen so somehow got rid of the swelling in my chest. In a result, everything went well, but this experience showed me that even methandienone in fairly low dosages can cause gynecomastia for people with increased tendency to aromatize.

Some people who usually contact me, say they don’t monitor their estradiol level and don’t get tested because they only use 250 mg of testosterone per week. Believe me, if 30 mg of dbol can cause gyno, then what can we say about testosterone with its androgenic activity.

You can never know how much estradiol will rise if you have never taken blood test and do not know both your initial values and the values at different dosages of testosterone. The fact is that the level of aromatization (the conversion of testosterone to estradiol) is very individual and can differ significantly from person to person. Also in regards to gynocomastia and any other side effects- for each athlete they can occur at completely different levels of estradiol, so do no tempt fate- get tested, study your body’s reaction to taking steroids and control your hormone levels.

As for the side effects- most often it is gynecomastia that scares beginners, but increased estradiol entails other side effects that may not be any better- for example, a decrease in sexual desire and the accumulation of female- type fat (thighs, buttock). Very often, the athlete doe not understand the cause of low libido (despite the high level of testosterone) and excess fat mass is a high level of estradiol).

It is worth saying a bit about methandienone. If you add metha to your testosterone cycle, then you need to understand that metha itself is not converted into estradiol, the level of which you can easily see by donating blood, but into methylestradiol. Unfortunately, you will not be able to recognize it by analysis, but you will get all the side effects from this compound, especially if your estradiol is also elevated. In this case, it is important to keep this in mind and slightly increase the dose of your aromatase inhibitors. Unfortunately, here you should be guided only by your own feelings.
