Delivery usually takes 5-21 business days to European countries. Please note that we cannot tell you the exact date of arrival at your destination, because it is dependent on logistics of different shipping companies.

In the event that a package fails to reach you due to various postal issues (unfortunately, packages do sometimes get lost), we will assist you according to our Reshipment policy.

Order progress and all statuses
Card (Processing) / Bank (Processing) / Payment review – we are waiting for payment to be completed from your side.
Reminder (card) / Reminder (bank) / Reminder (crypto) - we have not received your payment yet, a mail has been sent to your email with an offer to pay for the order using available payment methods.
Packaging – payment has been confirmed and your order is being packaged at the warehouse and prepared to be sent.
Picked up by courier – order has been given to post service for shipment. Within 24-72 hours you will receive tracking number.
Shipped – order has been shipped and tracking number has been sent to your email and can be also viewed in your account on our website.
Cancelled – payment has not been received by us, therefore order is cancelled. All reward points and store credits will be returned to your account.
We will send your package once we receive your payment in our account, and the status of your order will be updated to "Shipped."
